IMO you should increase the rate of the server to 50x, i dont know if you some many people to play 10x, without buffers in town. B grade on luxury. people will boring, working in a server without buffs, and 10x, top b grade hmm...i dont think so. put it 50x, and i will bring a lot of people to the server. x50 and there will be no craft system it might be nice server.

Isn't the world full of this kind of servers already? All I saw, jumping from one server to another, are pvp servers and "mid rate" (which are actually High Rate servers, same settings as a pvp, just with less exp values). and almost no low rate servers...
