Transportation Cubic

Well people there are many servers that instead of a gatekeeper and generally instead of NPC's are using a cubic all in one well could someone help me how can I find it or how can I set it ? Also I know a server that's using it atm and I believe I can "steal" it from there but I want your mentions about everything on this ocasion. Im gonna soon upload an image too , to see exactly what I mean if you didn't understand..
