New Clan Halls: 4 in Oren, 5 in Heine, 1 Extra in Gludin.

Monthly Event Clan Vs Clan: The winner get the Gludin extra Hall for 1 month.

Clan Halls Top Level (Including the new one in Gludin): Top Level Buffs of 1 hour.
