[Help] Enchanted buffs duration

is there anyway to change the duration of the buff and change the same value when the buff is enchanted ?

 

for example if u change resist wind to 2h duration the resist wind +1 is still 20 mins

 

i know the manual way, does anyone knows another faster way ?

I think theres an option where you can change it in character.properties its in skillduration... you have to enable it first
