[Help]Uploading forum files

My friend has uploaded the forum files but he can't see the website.

He wants to ask, why he can't see his forum index, since the files are uploaded. It could be his false?

He is using Filezilla to upload the files.

http://download.simplemachines.org/index.php - download SMF 1.1.11 - Full instal .zip - then unzip the folder and upload it with ftp , after that install it with your MySQL informations. Try it , if you will have problems pm me.
