[help] Need a helping hand here :)

Hey guys im up to open my own server with some friends so i wonder if some1 can give me some infos about machine. i mean how can i get one, how can i upload files there, update them etc. pls give me some infos

If you wanna do anything serious, you will need a dedicated machine. You may start at serverloft (goolge it), cheap machines (but not the best machines ofc. If you server  grow you will can rent a bigger server).

When you rent your machine, you will gain full access to it, means, you will can control and upload / download files from it. How?

The datacenter may give you few programs which whose you can do it.

If not, just google your operative system + file manager and you will get a bunch of them

To update those files all you have to do is update in your computer and then upload to machine, overwritting the updated files

i agree with you

but server x3 with 2gb ram for start is good too just you need to modify good the xms-xmm on gameserver.bat(for windows)

and gameserver.sh (linux)
