[Question] HTML On Login + Chat

Hello. I added a code, and when you log in, in the game it shows one HTM File.

But i added a button, and i have this:

 

action="bypass -h npc_%objectId%_Chat 2"

 

as action, and probably because its not a chat from NPC, the button is not working. Any idea how to make it work?
