well, he can... this server's description looks like an april fools joke ^^

Tested/Rejected.

Reason ? too low population , too retarded players . And .. way too friendly gm's .. they made some costum rb's with low stats , some players farmed them alot and made skills +30 , and now that rb is stronger , need like 4 mins to kill alone , and drop 1-3 gc mastery . If this it's not enough , those players with +30 skills are there to make sure you will not kill any raidboss.

The players that have some +30 skills are not playing 24/7, so just hide in rb zone and you can kill alone... about populaition, if everyone say like you, there will be no players on any new servers! :o

I never saw a server on maxcheaters's forums with low populatio like yours.

And everyone that log on server and see online 9 , and get pked when he is trying to farm will leave.

Thats because you start farming in Raid Zone... Maybe you should go try out farming for money (currency) and make some enchants?.. :o
