Need Help for my Server

Hey guys  i recently put up a  offline server  just to look around  and see the possibilities  ... but i still lack of info  the server works fine  but i don't know anything .... i read the basic commands  and used  em... but i need is some info on where do i get the database  with the skillid itemid exc...  and like  how to teleport through instances like Dark Poeta or Fire Temple ... to be short  all the stuff that a  Gm does...i looked  for a while but i couldn't find any in game gm control panel maybe there isn't any... and if u know something even more interesting i could use  ill be glad to listen

(And how to change  the setting  of the game server would be nice  like  how to make  flying available in some worlds)
