Dude, its your first time right? How the hell will people join since it is home server with 30% uptime and full of lag + op friends of yours and your own gm char? First of all you buy a domain, a web hosting, a dedicated computer and then you open a server after you open him you add him at hopzone, topzone, shitzone, etc... and at the end you make a little more beatyfull topic at mxc.
