Account manager problem

hi i have an account manager running on a shared web hosting! and it connect to my dedicated server db remotely

as fas as i was using windows everything was ok but when i changed my dedicated server os to ubuntu it can't connect to the db... i have try grant all acces and im am able to connect via navicat so remote is open..... my server have plesk installesd too
