If u are fighting with tanks yes..Evasion>P.def

If u are fighting vs Tyrant/Glady in Vesper Heavy..ur screwed with ur evasion cus u can't dodge skills..and tyrant/Glady make A HELLOFADAMAGE with skills..so imo just go for the Vesper.

And Vesper Shaper CD ALWAYS!

If ur servers is a HR with 90% archers then go for evasion,con,dex gear and CD daggers.If its not try to balance things up with p.def/m.def, str dyes and dex,con gear.
