League of legends Bug, someone help me

When i try play League of legends, i choose my hero and when the fight is ready, i can't go there (never) because it says "game still in progress" who can help me?

reinstalled twice, still the same error, some people tell me it's a problem with Directx

 

I have directx11, windows 7 64 Bit

i had it but i reinstalled it and this solved :S

When i formatted my pc i tried to open league of legends from a memory stick where i had it saved,but the game wouldn't start cause i had forgot to install direct x and adobe air.are you sure that adobe air is installed and updated?
