Looking for pvp and mid rate server

As the title says i want to find a good pvp server,or a good mid rate one.

 

I want the pvp server to have(or not) the following :

 

Chronicle : Gracia(epilogue,final)

Exp : From 1000 to 5000

Sp : Doesn't matter

Adena : From 1000 to 10000

Enchant rate : Normal scroll = 80% or more blessed scroll = 85% or more

Drop : Doesn't matter

Safe/Max enchant : I want the max enchant to be as much as possible close to the safe enchant or if it's possible both the same

Custom items : No or a few

Custom stats : No

Lag : No

Server : L2J

People online : From 50 to 2000 (i want much pvp or mass)

 

And a mid rate one like this

Sp : Doesn't matter

Adena : From 100 to 500

Enchant Rate : Normall scroll = from 66% to 75% blessed scroll = 80%-85%

Custom items : No or a few

Custom stats : No

Drop : From 1 to 10

Safe/Max enchant : 4/16 or 7/25

Lag : No

Server : L2J

People online : From 50 to 2000 (i want much pvp or mass)

 

Ps1 : Blessed scrolls in Gm Shop

Ps2 : If the server has 100% blessed scroll rate and it's affordable at Gm Shop i'm ok :P

As high-rate server i can sugest you http://l2woot.comeze.com/ .. I don't know if it's good for you because of max enchant, but there are blessed enchants 100% , pretty cheap , but you need to farm pretty much

I tryed it you have to farm A LOT
