[Request help] Enchant

i have a  good ideea about a custom enchant system but i donno to write it in java ,can some one help me pls

this will help a lot of ppl whit pvp servers(GvE) to .

so this is what i was thinking about

if a player reach 30 pvp/kills whit a B grade wep to have +1 on wep (same for armors)

                        60 pvp/Kills whit a A grade wep +1 on wep(same for armors)

                      120 pvp/kills whit a S  grade wep +1 on wep (same for armors)

 

  i think is a good idee but i donno to write it in java so for many of you this is nothing but for me is a big deal :))
