Nice one, but the content area is kinda empty and put some darker colors somewhere just to rest the eyes of the viewer is to bright :P

I don't like 'Lineage 2 Name' and 'Vote For Us' font's ..

And I also don't like the 'Vote For Us' area (Why is it white, it doesn't look good ..)

Well I don't know (Don't really remember any font names, because it's almost 2 months since the last time I opened photoshop) ;D

You should download some fonts (~100 new fonts) and try them out, how they would look :)

change fonts! they tottally suck for one more time. Also try to fill the background with something, or just dont leave it this empty.
