[HELP]Assassination

Hi all i have the following problem.

 

Daggers have the Skill Assassination with the Skill ID 432. At the Skill xml it have Enchant features but ingame isnt it Enchantable. What is to do?? I Think its very easy but i dont know what to do... Can anyone help me?

well usually when something like that happens means xml part is missing or sql part is missing or the stuff is there in the pack but the skill is not enchantable in the client

the xml part is there, the sql is there... and not the client says its not enchantable... the server says it..
