Try Aion, at this server  Infinite_Aion and if you like it, try the Official Servers

how he can like a game when the 50% of the files are missing campaing quest are missing and the gameplay are missing...?

i suggest you too AION but only Official.

When i say "try" i mean check things like

 

1)Moving System

2)PvE

3)Graphics

4)Game Environment

 

I didn't say that a Private server would offer him as much as the official.
