I saw a a tutorial about how to make a template. I followed the tutorial but I changed many colors, texts, some pictures, I add some things too. I made this template for my uncle's website and I want to know if he will have problems with law. I need SERIOUS answers please!

 

Oh, the site isn't coded and it's only the main template. I will design the rest templates(for the links from the navigation bar) and I will code the site.

UNTIL the picture/logo or any part of the design is not protected by license agreements you are free to use it.

Example i can use anywhere the logo of mxc but i cant use anywhere the logo of coca cola
