+ it really depends on the song for example an Armin van Buuren - Serenity require more skills than most of the hardstyle songs but a song like JDX - live the moment require more skills than any hard trance/minimal/progressive/electro/house music (except latin house)

 

the music become hard to make when besides of a laptop you need to use vocals and musical instruments like piano eg
