[Help] How to configure CTF

I'm having trouble configuring the CTF event.

 

Joining Time:

Event Time:

Flag Hold Time:

 

What Values do I add in here, is it mil sec, sec, or minutes?

I was able to add Joining and event but can't add Flag hold.

Can someone help?

Easy

Joining Time : (time for register)

Event Time : (Time of event..)

flag hold time : time that player keep the flag

Ok that I knew, what I want to know is If I want the event to be 10 minutes I enter 10 or 600?

End I try to enter Flag holkd time but it didn't accept, so I must be entering a wrong number.
