my opinion. delete it and extract the files again on the CORRECT folders.

Try to add again the files on handler folder. maybe some .java files missing.

ADD THE FILES TO THE CORRECT FOLDERS.

 

you have datapack and gameserver folders.

 

1. Extract datapack.rar on c:/yourserver

 

2. Open gameserver.rar and add the files that you see on the corect folders!

Do not replace the folders! just add the files on the folders that you have extract!

you have "install" something wrong.
