Hello, i want to know is any way to get to work walker 1.4X, because 1.31 is very old, maybe it is new auth server for ing walker like 1.47?

maybe you use 1.47 for c4 servers not for c3?

L2w is made to connect to an OFF server without any modification i think.. you have to "crack" it because its not free ;)
