You should make a sticky topic there with basic rules

 

Like:no more than 5-6 last post in a section,thanks etc not allowed,languare rules etc

Well , it's a good try but.. no one of the guests or the members gonna stay and read the rules from all of these sections really. You know that members especially MXC members first they get punished and then they read & learning the rules. Stick this topic at here or at any other section will not be helpfull at all.
