I know those 2: http://www.l2tns.com/  , http://l2shiva.net/ . but on freya not much online and... there is only used freya client nothing more, no freya functions... If u want test freya u can try it on global pts server, create free trial acc w8 24h for activating in pts and go test all working functions and new sets, instant level 85 s84 armors/guns free :)
