In this thread I will make several statements to help newcomers (I read through several English forum posts and translated Russian forum posts) however in return I expect help and answers to my questions.

My problem is the following:

I try to log on to a C6 Interlude Private Non-L2J Server LineageII Rise Of King Romania - Play the diference . (I heard L2Walker doesn’t work on L2J servers because the key functions are disabled with java programming…)

I try to use the lastest OOG L2Walker (self cracked since I am not a fan of pay-to-play, hence I also play on free private servers). For this we need to consider the following:

First:

C1: 10.2.3 and above

C2: 10.4.9 and above

C3-C4: 10.6.4 and above

C5: 10.7.1 and above

C6: ?? Somebody know which versions work for C5 only and C6 only please post it and I will change it.

C7: 10.8.7 (If you go to WALKER - lineageII Home L2walker Towalker you will find out that 10.8.7 is only for Korean C7 Kamael Servers)

Second:

The offset values for the options.ini file only reach until 10.7.4

Free Walker: $005352D8

10.2.3: $004DE3A8

10.4.1: $0052E0F8

10.4.4: $005382B0

10.4.8: $005392B0

10.4.9: $005362F8

10.5.0: $005342B8

10.5.3: $005352B8

10.5.4: $0052F2C4

10.5.8: $00535364

10.6.0: $00537374

10.6.1: $005374A4

10.6.3: $0053A4E4

10.6.4: $005393A0

10.6.5: $0053B390

10.6.6: $0053C390

10.7.1: $0053D4A8

10.7.2: $0053FB40

10.7.4: $00541BB0

Hence I will choose OOG L2Walker10.7.4 to play on my C6 server. Since I am using 10.7.4 we will need an L2Asrv. The latest one working with 10.7.4 is L2Asrv051. You also need to change your host file accordingly (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc):

Who knows till what version of walker you use the old version and when you start using the new version?:

127.0.0.1 localhost

The offset goes into your option.ini file. If you don’t have it you create one with Notepad.

Option.ini

[Options]

title=L2life.ru

server=DEFAULT

token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

offSet=$00541BB0

gMFix=1

rename=1

In order to set up Walker I you need three key informations:

1) IP

2) Protocol version

3) Token

You can find out the IP of the server try to connect to without fancy programs. Run Lineage, press alt+ tab and go to:

Start

Run

Type “Cmd.exe”

Type “Netstat”

The IP is the number xx.xxx.xxx.xxx which repeats twice

The IP goes into the Set.ini file of your walker:

Set.ini

[DEFAULT]

CountryList=RO;

DefaultCountry=0

DefaultServer=0

DefaultCharacter=0

DefaultAccount=

DefaultPassWord=

[RO]

LoginServerIP=86.107.102.180

LoginServerPort=2106

ProtocolVersion=xxx

ServerList=[01][bartz]

At this point I come to my set of problems:

I tried to find out the Token and protocol with several programs.

1) L2Encdec

L2encdec.exe didn’t want to run and closed every time on me I followed a guide and deleted the “backup” folder and started patcher.exe. I assume its because the system file from the server was already re-encrypted (the system file came with backup folder and l2encdec…) Hence I would need a program to look at reencrypted system files.. you cant use L2encdec to look at reencrypted files.

2) EngineExt.exe, Token.exe, and WP306.exe

I read on Russian forums that these two programs only work for server files of C1 to C3. WP306.exe only works for walker versions of 10.2.3, 10.4.9, and 10.5.8. I have WP402 which works for 10.6.4 and 10.7.4 supposedly, however when I run linage and walker it doesn’t want to pick up the info. I have a version of WP402 which has some funky language. It also does not recognize my version of L2Walke 10.7.4

Anyone who can guide me through how to find the token and protocol version for this particular case I will edit my post and put it up here for others to follow and learn. I will also post links for downloads upon requestion.

PS I have a bunch of other files but I have no freaking clue what they are for. I tinkered around but don’t understand them. If someone can explain what they are used for and maybe shortly say how you use them it would be nice:

L2Agent.exe

L2Logger0.1 and 0.2

L2phx314

L2Wloader.exe

L2WPPv0.2.0, 0.3.1, 0.4.1, 0.5.3

Loader.exe

Patcherv1.61, 1.65, 1.70

    • Thanks for the collection and the free advertising! These files have been in the public domain for a long time — you just saved people the trouble of searching. A true fan. 😄 Just to clarify for everyone reading: these files have nothing to do with this topic. They are 10+ year old builds, and since various third-party modifications exist in the wild, we cannot guarantee what may have been added or changed in those versions. Use them at your own risk. We have absolutely no judgment toward those who are on a tight budget and can't afford our current builds — these old shared files might genuinely help you get started. Just use them carefully and at your own risk. And please don't judge developers for the mistakes they made early in their careers — every developer goes through stages of growth, and what you see in those old builds is simply a snapshot of where we were back then. We've come a long way since. If you're interested in our older builds, we have a dedicated thread for that with significantly reduced prices — very accessible for any budget. We have also recently resumed full technical support for legacy builds, handled by a separate team that doesn't interfere with our private development direction for larger projects. You can find our legacy builds here: Our OLd L2-scripts Packs Actual revisions Our current private sources are a completely different story — which is exactly what this thread is about. Too bad all your time goes into collecting other people's old code instead of developing your own project. Though judging by "L2MID is currently offline, we will come back soon in 2026" — you clearly have plenty of time on your hands. 😉
    • SHARED alreaxy! Are these files yours? https://fex.net/ru/s/kdop2z4
    • You asked for examples of coping projects, we provided them, you asked for feedback from our clients, some of them wrote their reviews on the same mmodev, what else can I prove to you? you just asked your friends from mmodev to write nasty things, they have never been our customers and never will be, because they are used to downloading only free products and hacking it. You just don't respect the work of others, this is the conclusion that can be drawn from your inflammatory topic on mmodev, where there are many people who once could not buy our assemblies or whom we kicked out of work or for some other reason. But you are completely wrong and you are behaving very lowly. But let it be on your conscience. Good luck, keep busy with your project, and don't interfere with others.
    • I will never use L2J as the basis for my project but what i saw in MMODEV was enough for me. GL
