I followed a random tutorial, I think I found it here in MxC.

 

1. Stock.

2. One piece of c4d.

3. Smudging.

4. Gradient maps.

5. IntrigueX: Font is Verdana, with gradient on low opacity.

Vivacity: Font is Verdana and changed blending mode.

6. Some filters.
