Imo a mob hasnt on it the information of what will drop/spoil until it dies and really drops, i think its plane like enchanting, its a rate to happen.

you are talking about something else...a spoil reader tells you what the mob drops when spoiled and what chances are (you can get the same information from the internet aka pmfun warcry etc.)
