In my server one man delete npc and I get this in core

 

All visible NPC's deleted in Region: (87, 125)

All visible NPC's deleted in Region: (87, 126)

 

Then he makes by self gm:D Look

i give everything i need on another character and then i just take the GM rights and i make that character lost xD
