[Help] Ip Between PCs

Hello dudes! I have 3 pcs in my home.

now the problem is that i wanna keep the lan IPs to the PCs without

trade the ip with each other.

What i mean.

the pc number (1) has 192.168.1.2

the pc number (2) has 192.168.1.3 and

the pc number (3) has 192.168.1.4.

 

sometimes lan ips changed and the number (2) take the ip 192.168.1.2 and the number (1) 192.168.1.3.

what i have to do if i dont want to change the ips?
