anyone knows on waht to  enchant skills on freya?

main damage skills /people say on freya its better to enchant on duel because of atr 3x120/ how do u think?

and other toggle and passive skills on what to enchant them and which will be better and so on

Yes, in freya it's better to enchant on duel because of the attri stats...about toggle skills the only one worth enchanting is vicious stance(+ power) but u should check out if it's working first...a lot of servers have disabled it and there's actually no difference between +1 and +30....about ur passive skills do not expect huge bonuses...even on +30 for example boost evasion will increase ur stats by 4...it's better to save bogs for active skills not passive...

Could anyone explain the assassination passive skill for skill enchantment on (rate) as the description says increase crit rate, and so this means normal hit crit rate or skill crit rate?

Normal hit crit rate...but imo it's useless to enchant it unless u have tons of books...in +15 it increases crit rate by 6% whereas +0 increases it by 3%....
