With Materials drop rates.

Hello all,i would like to get some help on how to edit the drop rate and amount.For example i want to make a x12 server rates but i want mobs to have 12x chance to drop smth on 3-6 amount.Could somebody help me with this if its possible?Thanks in advance :)
