If you dont wanna the laptop for gaming you dont need a pc like 4GB of Ram.

You could buy 1 with 2 GB OF RAM like example.

If you will spend 600€ for a laptop,you could buy a gaming laptop with 4GB of ram,1TB Hard,Others.
