Serpent L2 is currently looking to employ a talented website designer to design an Interlude based website. I only need a basic layout, no special scripts but it must look nice as I will be using it for an L2OFF based website.

Fustrated...... Still trying to find a trusting, dedicated person to do a wbesite for me.

 

Willing to pay but I need somebody who will actually show me something instead of saying "I will do it" or "Contact me on MSN" and then vanish from existance.

 

Website will be used with L2OFF Interlude extender files so MSSQL knowledge with secure scripts is required. I do not want any half-ass designers who will start something and then quit. Because of this I will not pay anything until I see a completed website.
