This issn't a bug

and this issn't a good exploit also

 

this exist as long they got Light mastery in their passive skills

because passive skills gives also +15% karma and Passive robe doesn't do that

and because BW Light has +15% also you get +30% casting instead of +15% from DC Robe ;)

i cant see post but i know u are talking about light armor masteries which stuck on stuck sub... so with a blue wolf u can get the max casting really easy
