im not going to put all the files but.. www.amxmodx.org there you can download the amx mod that shows you dmg,time,amx_help,vote map and many other stuffs that you have seen in servers.(thnx Hax0r for this post)

as far as i know it cant be

well amxmodx is sh1t in second thought and www.amxmod.net is the REAL amx mod so go there download,config,put plugins etc...
