I have san andreas no problem nothing.. maybe this i request is silly

But i want to learn how can i change the speed of the vehicles and planes

and more..

 

Well when you go C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data:

 

in this folder you can edit the files.. all. if someone know how can i change modify

 

and what... help!!!!!!!

Gusnhde in game don't edit your file ( Etc you destroy the game )
