How to enter in GM mode server...

Hello, anyone know how to enter to server if he is in GM mode server? Server name l2carnage.tk this server have very weak protetion.. and btw what hacks will work there if he is weak protected. I know phx but if i enter the game with phx i don't can see any pack of this anyone know what's the problem of this?And one more with l2walker how i can win Olympiad i heard about this but i don't know how i need to do it so if you know anything of my questions anwers me :D Thank's you.

1st for the "GM Mode" i really dont understand you..

2nd for the win oly there is not walker only(dunno if walker has this ability) there are some kind of exploits..that work.
