MAXTOR!!! Need help with recipe section on Help.html.

Maxtor or any other admins! I was thihking, that HELP section on forum is for helping with some troubles forum members. But after I ask my question, NO ONES gave me SOME ansver! If You don`t want to help me-all right, but, please, write about that in this post! I`m waiting some answer! Or admins not looking on this section of forum at all?! That is not a respect for forum users!!! I`m so angry...
