Tested on ES-L2. Didn't work. My SS+CD burned +3->+4. Tho NPCs are hittable..

One more broke. +4 AS gone. And btw i did hit frozen skill tester 1k+ times (with soulshots) with 1.1k+ atk spd. I think it's not working.

i Broke ss+9 in gold sorry i dont have screenshot... i spend 10min to waste 1000 soulshots (almost 1000 attck speed dwarf)

Why the -beep- should i lie? Pathetic. You need me to make 10 screenshots when im hitting npcs lol? You know your "supa dupa bugs" doesn't work. You can see alot of people broke their weaps because of your "SUPA DUPA BUG" rofl. Oh and if it works on Frozen then show me your weapon. It should be ++++.  :D
