Hello guys me and  some other guys we will open a community so we will need experienced admins able to spend some time post here if you are interest so we can contact and i will give you more information...

Well at first i want ppl to say i am want to be in etc. then i will choose who is going to be in but the main is 1) to know how to administrate a server 2) have a java knowledge (not too much just to apply codes)

paypal account to contribute to costs for promoting the community (like featured server in toplists) and above 16 because i think that above 16 you are more mature (but it's not always true :P )

u should explain it one by one what u are looking for and what u want to do...

also why "we" should join your community ?

At first you don't have to pay anything we will open and i will manage the promotion of the network i am just seeking for any admins that want to open  a successful server and able to manage it...

so u have to bring your server.... well its good so u can reach more votes etc.... bad is there are just a handful of "admins/developer" here in mxc which know what its mean to make a good server and i think all of them work/have already there own server... so u will probably find only kids and they will fuck of the network name...

ok let me clear this thing up  i don't want any super pro dev i just want some reliable admins that can fix some bugs in their own servers and have a litle java knowledge that's all.I will handle the site and the login server and you will have your gs ...

How great can this "network" or "server" or whatever it is be, when the creator cant even explain in simple english what he wants to do ... Nowadays everyone is looking for "experienced" developers, "experienced" gms , "experienced" admins, but the main fact is that the one searching is completelly inexperienced. Every noob out there thinks he will make the next great server or next "maxcheaters.com".

 

There exists a simple rule in this business:

 

If you cant code, you cant own a sucessful server. And thats the bottom line.
