and why he would not? there are many free web hosting services, for example

server hosts is DIFFERENT than free web hosting !!

 

To host a L2/WoW server You need a DEDICATED server machine and its NOT free !!

 

maybe you see in google : free web hosting...ITS ONLY for Websites and Forums, Not for Other Things...

it costs lots of $$ the lowest i ve seen , was 300$ :) per month
