Well, it is a keylogger.But that's not a problem.It's not a virus as far as I know this name.But as sotos said:

Some net cafes dont let you install anything else than what is already on the computer, so it's practically impossible to do it on such an internet cafe.

 

Some other net cafes delete anything you installed when you restart the computer.

 

Also, many people use an authenticator, which makes it impossible to steal them, even if you know their pass, e-mail, secret question and everything else.

 

So, just don't even bother using the keylogger :P

 

You've got more chances to steal someone's account by asking them to give it to you :P
