a v2 text (since the text was the purpose of the sig, I decided to give it a second try).

I'm not sure if that white fits there actually.

Red sharingans on the wolf would make it even better.

You should actually give some emphasis on the lightning effects and apply a lightsource above the render.

In addition,adding some powerpoints using the well known technique would help(hoping you still remember it)!

You could also use photoshop filters like glass and ripple providing that you won't overdo it.

Moreover,the text would be better if it was given an "outer glow" or a "bevel and emboss" effect.

Finally,I am happy to say that somebody here knows how to smudge.

Well, since I'm in a surprisingly good mood and the spirit of such creations is rising "inside" me once again, I supose that I will re-start reading some stuff and improving some techniques.

Although I'm willing to use simple Photoshop tools without any special resources, just to see what I'm capable of doing without the "help of thirds".

 

I suppose that I'll start with what MD advised.
