Needs some improvements in the lightning effects and composition.

A b/w gradient would fix it but you will miss the best part,color mixing!

Anime render + real background = big fail. Hope this is enough for you to understand what you mean.

And trust me one signature shouldn't have borders all the time,same for avatars.
