i do, it redirects me to apple site and telling me that i may have problem with "bonjour" (wtf is this) or the firewall is blocking the connection to Apple.

 

P.S my iPhone is jailbreaked, could apple found out that i used to jailbreak the phone and blocked me?

 

I really can't help you. I don't think Apple "understood" that your iPhone is jailbroken. Well, for first, bonjour is a crappy program which Windows have. You could remove it/disable it. You could also check the firewall for external connections to check if apple's repos are blocked or something. If nothing helps, try googling the problem, check forums, replies, possible fixes, etc...

All right, i found out why this error was happening. It as because of an host... i had to add this to the hosts file: 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com

 

So i moved one step forward, exactly at "Veryfying iPhone software", almost to the end of the restore  and again an error appeared,

The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occured (1013).
