why most of the server host in europe and not in canada usa or etc ???

because the majority of the players lives in europe, having host in europe means less ping/lag.

+1 to Europe as ED say "because the majority of the players lives in Europe, having host in Europe means less ping/lag." thats the reason that i choose Europe and from hosting companies i prefer http://www.hetzner.de/en/

nope most of ppl are from Europe so you will rent a dedicated from europe for less ping, less ping less lag...
