Problem with Karma >< PKs

Hello. Guys in my server i have 1 problem with PK... when i get Karma i cant clean it... When i die by players or Guards didnt go my karma still same. Why ??? You know how i can fix it ?????? please Help.

go and kill some mobs, and your karma will be cleared. its just because of you have a huge amount of karma

no listen... i have 1 pk and i put 1 friend to kill me and my karma dont clean from kill i mean by a player...understand ?  TY  :)
