you just go at your configs and where it says autolearnskills you write false

Indeed it is at gameserver/config/altsettings.properties

 

# AutoLearnSkills... True to enable, False to disable

AutoLearnSkills = True

 

Just make it false.

check your skill_tree table delete the skills u dont want to auto learn...
