How i can edit my system?

I took a pre-config pack,i download fileedit for interlude which i want,and now?

I saw a guide saying go to my system...i dont have system....I want now to create it.Something miseunderstanding.

Help anyone?

When you downloading a pre-config pack ,must have the system or not??

You always need System to be able to run Lineage2..
